Connection is a word that can take on different meanings. As a society, we’ve become much more reliant on devices and social media for connection. However, in 2023, human connection is something we could all use a lot more of. The DX Virtual Campus, while an online space, will be a place for enriching human connections. The goal of this educational platform is to connect members from diverse communities with knowledge experts in a variety of areas ranging from finance, health and wellness, community building, entrepreneurship, and social justice. 

The tools these experts will share are things that can have positive impacts in a person’s everyday life. It’s not about the traditional subjects learned in school like calculus, but rather life skills that can really move the needle in propelling a person’s life forward.

Those connections in this online campus will have the power to transform lives as members take what they learn back to their families, neighborhoods, and communities.  This shared knowledge can create positive ripple effects that will be passed down through generations. 

The knowledge experts featured will be regular people who just happen to be experts in their subject area and are passionate about sharing that expertise with others. This campus will give these experts the chance to connect with people they may have never reached without it. 

Barriers will be broken as people from different backgrounds connect over a shared desire to gain more knowledge and better their lives. Rather than serve as a barrier, this technology tool will serve as a human connector. The best part: members will never have to leave their home in the quest for knowledge on how to better their lives. Members won’t just walk away with more skills, and knowledge experts a larger audience, but each will walk away enriched from the connections made on this journey. 

We can all benefit by learning things from one another and a setting like the DX Virtual Campus is the perfect place for this. Learning from others and working with people from diverse backgrounds can make our world a better place. It’s one of the things I love about being a member of the team at DX Virtual Campus. It feels good to be part of something that has the goal of improving people’s lives and is designed to be accessible to people from diverse backgrounds. Being part of the DX Virtual Campus has already allowed me to connect with people I probably would have never met and to contribute to something positive. I can’t wait  for members to have the chance to do the same. I’m also excited to watch this educational tool grow and to see all of the different knowledge leaders that join the team to share their skill sets. Perhaps the best part though, will be the connections and friendships formed. Nothing can compare to the good feelings of positive human connection. That’s something I believe this platform will foster while helping people to improve their lives for years to come.
